Policy ID: PRIVACY_REQUESTS-InstaGet-v1.0

1) Requests you can submit

  • Access / know: request categories, sources, purposes, recipients, and available copies of personal information we can verify.
  • Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate, stale, or misleading information.
  • Deletion or suppression: ask us to delete, de-index, suppress, geo-block, or restrict a People Search/profile/archive item.
  • Objection or restriction: object to legitimate-interest processing, public display, face matching, or connected dataset publication.
  • Opt out of sale/share/targeted advertising: use our Do Not Sell/Share page or send a Global Privacy Control signal where supported.
  • Limit sensitive data: request limits on sensitive personal information, biometric data, precise location, political/public-record data, residential contact data, or other high-risk fields.
  • Appeal: request human review if we deny, narrow, or delay a privacy, moderation, or automated-access decision.

2) How to submit

Use our Contact form, the Report page, or email privacy@instaget.online. Include the exact InstaGet URL, source URL if known, your request type, your country/state, and enough detail for us to locate the record.

3) Verification and authorized agents

We verify requests proportionately. Depending on the request, we may ask you to confirm control of an email, phone, social profile, domain, source page, government ID, signed authorization, or other evidence. Authorized agents must provide proof of authorization, and we may require the consumer to verify or confirm the request.

4) Response timing

We aim to respond within timeframes required by applicable law, commonly one month in the EU/UK and 45 days in many U.S. and Canadian privacy regimes, with extensions where permitted for complex, high-volume, or hard-to-verify requests. Urgent safety, minors, NCII, doxxing, impersonation, and biometric-risk reports may be disabled pending verification.

5) Outcomes

  • Delete: remove active copies we control, subject to backups and legal exceptions.
  • Suppress: keep a minimal hashed or source-key record to prevent re-import or republication.
  • Correct: update or annotate inaccurate fields where feasible.
  • De-index or geo-block: restrict search engine indexing, internal search, or regional availability.
  • Deny or narrow: where law permits, including for public interest, freedom of expression, fraud prevention, security, legal claims, inability to verify, or data outside our control.

6) Appeals and complaints

If you disagree with a decision, reply to our response or submit a new request marked “Appeal.” We will route appeals for human review. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, attorney general, consumer privacy regulator, or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta where applicable.

7) Abuse controls

We may reject fraudulent, abusive, automated, unverifiable, or bad-faith requests, and we may preserve limited evidence where needed to prevent impersonation, harassment, fraud, security abuse, or legal misuse.
