Mya Tun Oo (; ; born 5 May 1961) is a Burmese politician and retired military officer who concurrently serves as Union Minister for Transport and Union Minister for Digital Development and Communications since April 2026. He was elected as a member of the Pyithu Hluttaw in 2025-26 general election. From 2021 to 2026, he served as Union Minister for Transport and Communications of Myanmar, Union Minister of Defence and member of the State Administration Council (SAC) from 2021-2025.

He was also a deputy prime minister from February 2023 to July 2025.
